Account information

When you create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, username, account type and login information.

Creator and brand profile information

We may collect information you provide when creating your Zurezu profile, including display name, biography, business information, portfolio information, campaign preferences, pricing and other information you choose to provide.

Social media profile information

If you add a social media profile to Zurezu, we may process publicly available information from that profile, including your username, display name, profile image, biography, follower or subscriber counts and other information made publicly available by the relevant platform.

Adding a public social profile during onboarding does not necessarily mean that you have authenticated or connected that account to Zurezu.

Connected accounts

If you later choose to connect or authenticate a social media account, we may receive information permitted by you and the relevant platform. Access is subject to the permissions you approve and the platform's own policies.

Communications

We may process messages, support requests, campaign communications and other information you send through Zurezu.

Technical information

We may automatically collect technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, log information, referral pages and interactions with our website or services.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

• create and maintain your Zurezu account;
• build and display creator or brand profiles;
• help creators and brands discover one another;
• recommend creators, campaigns or opportunities;
• provide profile, pricing and marketplace tools;
• improve search, matching and recommendations;
• provide customer support;
• protect Zurezu from fraud, abuse and security threats;
• understand and improve our products and services;
• comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

3. Zurezu AI

Zurezu may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to help creators build profile descriptions, identify relevant content categories, discover possible social profiles, recommend campaigns or creators and provide other marketplace features.

Where Zurezu AI suggests that a social profile may belong to you, the suggestion is not treated as verified ownership. You can review the suggested profile before deciding whether to add it.

We aim to base AI-generated information on data supplied by you or information legitimately available to Zurezu. You may be able to review or edit AI-generated profile information before it is displayed publicly.

4. Instagram, Facebook and other platforms

Zurezu may use APIs and services provided by third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

When Zurezu receives information through a platform API, our use of that information is also subject to the applicable platform terms and developer policies.

If you authorize a third-party account, you may be able to revoke that authorization through the third-party platform or through Zurezu where the functionality is available.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• other Zurezu users when information forms part of your public marketplace profile;
• service providers that help us operate, host, secure or improve Zurezu;
• technology and platform providers needed to provide features you use;
• professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
• authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety or security.

6. Public profiles

Some creator and brand information may be visible publicly or to other Zurezu users. This may include information such as your display name, username, profile photo, biography, creator niches, social profiles, audience information and portfolio content.

You should only include information in a public profile that you are comfortable making visible to others.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Zurezu may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure performance and understand how our services are used.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Zurezu, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why we process it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

Zurezu is intended for individuals who are legally able to enter into marketplace and commercial relationships. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
