1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing or using Zurezu, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Zurezu.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use Zurezu. If you are using Zurezu on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.

You must not impersonate another person, creator, business or organization or provide information that you know is misleading or fraudulent.

4. Creator and brand profiles

Zurezu allows creators and brands to create profiles, add social accounts, showcase information and discover potential collaborations.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you add to your profile is accurate and that you have the right to use any content, names, images or other materials you provide.

5. Social account verification

Zurezu may allow you to connect or authorize accounts from third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.

When you choose to verify a social account, Zurezu may use information provided by that platform to confirm that you control the account you added to your Zurezu profile.

A Zurezu verification badge is based on Zurezu's own verification process and does not mean that a creator is verified, endorsed or certified by the underlying social platform.

6. Campaigns and collaborations

Zurezu may help creators and brands discover, communicate about and manage collaboration opportunities.

Unless Zurezu expressly states otherwise, agreements between creators and brands are entered into between those parties. Each party is responsible for reviewing campaign requirements, deliverables, usage rights, payment terms and other commercial conditions before agreeing to a collaboration.

7. Payments and fees

Certain Zurezu services may involve fees, commissions or payment processing. Where applicable, the relevant fees and payment terms will be presented before you enter into a transaction.

You are responsible for any taxes or other obligations that apply to payments you receive or make through your use of Zurezu.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Zurezu. You grant Zurezu the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process and make that content available as part of the service.

You must not upload or use content that infringes the rights of another person or violates applicable law.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Zurezu to:

• commit fraud, impersonation or deceptive activity;
• access another person's account without authorization;
• interfere with the security or operation of Zurezu;
• scrape, misuse or unlawfully collect personal data;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• violate applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Third-party services

Zurezu may integrate with third-party services and platforms. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Zurezu is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or decisions made by third-party platforms.

11. Service availability

We work to keep Zurezu available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption or error.

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued as the platform develops.

12. Suspension and termination

Zurezu may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate misuse or comply with legal obligations.

You may stop using Zurezu at any time.

13. Disclaimer

Zurezu provides tools to help creators and brands discover and manage opportunities, but we do not guarantee that any user will receive campaigns, partnerships, income, reach or other results.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zurezu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the service.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as Zurezu develops. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the platform or update the date shown at the top of this page.
